 Reading E-book by like the Amazon book reader is really good because it has a lot of new functions, having changed greatly my reading experience richer. Honestly, I feel how convenient if it is possible to read all the books in the world by not only a paper book but also an E-book.  One of the advantages is when you read a book in a foreign language. You might need a dictionary to know the meaning of an unknown word while reading. On the E-book, you can just tap it to pop-up its meaning in your language. I have read many English novels including Kazuo Ishiguro’s works with an E-book and found it possible to read them at least two times as faster as than I would have read by paper one. I am listing other advantages of the E-book.   1. You can record in the memo area what you searched by an embed e-dictionary including the meaning in your language or sample usage.  When I began to learn French as a student long time ago, I used to open a thick telephone book randomly to read out numbers of pages.  French numbers were a little bit harder to read than English for people who just started to learn the language. For instance, when you read "99" you may pronounce it as  quatre-vinght-dix-neuf ,  meaning 4-20-19 : four multiplied by 20 plus 19.   When you start to learn any new language, counting is one of the basic skill to live where it is spoken. Therefore, my teacher told me to be able to say immediately any numbers when I open a book. It was an old-time story. Now, Time has changed. You can use a good tool on a phone, helping you to be trained for counting in French. I made the tool by myself after I retired and got a free time.  I like reading and watching movies.
